This is an update of an old class. I was asked to re-teach it this year so I changed a few things around. It talks about modifying a couple commonly popular styles to create loaner garments that aren’t quite right, but that look good and fit a wide range of sizes. This has also be used for people who are undergoing rapid changes in their body shapes to allow for adjustment without relying on unfitted or ill-fitting garments.
The update includes a reminder of some other choices that are flexible in the body shapes they fit. This allows for a number of garments in the loaner gear that can fit more than one person but that are a more historically accurate choice than the old SCA 2 seam T tunic.
